These used 36x48x42 Rigid Wire Baskets are heavy-duty non-folding wire baskets.  They are used for work in progress (WIP), for partially finished goods awaiting completion. These containers are rated to hold more than 4000 lbs. and are stackable stack at least 4 units high.  They are usually designed so that their dimensions to cube a truck out, saving shipping costs and making shipping easier.  These containers almost always have one drop-gate on the long side of the container and have plug in socket stacking system that is very secure.
