Bay Dreams Bay Oyster Company, based out of the Chesapeake Bay Area in Virginia, provides “clean, buttery mid-salinity oyster with a deep full cup…called BayDreams”, harvested from the Chesapeake Bay, known for its high salinity content, and the Rappahannock River, known for its pristine waters. Not only is this company committed to harvesting top quality food, it has always had a strong emphasis on environmental restoration and promoting conservation much like us here at WSO. Our 48×40 plastic export pallet, used in their transport and harvesting process, is molded out of almost 100% recyclable plastic materials, in an effort to reduce plastic waste.
